Woolen hasn’t had a spectacular sophomore season, but he has the size and athleticism to cause Brown problems. Tyler Lockett of the Seattle Seahawks is a fantasy breakout candidate. The Eagles have battled all season to stop faster receivers, and Lockett might have a big day against this secondary. Lockett will see a lot of James Bradberry, and Geno Smith will give him plenty of opportunities down the field.Eagles -4 is the favorite bet.
