JUST IN: Aston Villa has made a new €500 million transfer claim.

According to reports, Aston Villa is interested in Kenneth Taylor, an Ajax midfielder.

A number of Premier League clubs have expressed interest in the 21-year-old ahead of the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. Tottenham, Newcastle, Brighton, and Villa are reportedly “keeping close tabs” on the player.

It’s said that Taylor had previously been considered by both Manchester United and Manchester City. The Manchester pair are said to have previously scouted the Dutchman.

Meanwhile, Villa’s alleged interest may be related to persistent rumors regarding Douglas Luiz’s future, since Arsenal is eager to acquire the midfield player. Villa, though, has no plans to sell him.

According to TEAMtalk, Taylor would be hesitant to leave in January and would much rather leave in the summer. Taylor has the support of Aad De Mos, the former manager of Ajax, to become one of the top talents in Europe.

FootballTransfers has learned that Aston Villa is still interested in hiring former Barcelona winger Abde Ezzalzouli.

According to sources, head coach Unai Emery is keen to sign the Moroccan international with Real Betis before the January transfer window closes. At Villa Park, his main goal is to add a left-sided forward to strengthen his squad.

We have been informed that the main aim for that role is the former La Masia wonderkid.

Personal terms were informally agreed upon by Villa and the 21-year-old during the previous transfer window; however, Ez Abdi’s transfer to Betis was caused by a discrepancy in valuation with Barcelona.

In an attempt to continue on the Midlands teams’ outstanding start to the season, Villa has Abde as one of their top objectives for next month.

We are aware, though, that Emery might face challenges in the form of resistance from the Real Betis owners due to a falling out with sporting director Monchi during his time working in Seville.

in 2022. When Monchi was at Sevilla, he was criticized for celebrating on the field after a derby game, and this caused tension with Betis.
