Week 12 was a tough one for the New Orleans Saints (5-6), who lost on the road to the Atlanta Falcons (5-6), momentarily (hopefully) costing them the division lead. The Saints return to the dome this week to face the Detroit Lions (8-3)

So, here are some of the Canal Street Chronicles staff’s predictions for this week’s game.

The Saints do not score a touchdown, but Grupe hits four or more field goals.
The Saints’ defense keeps them in the game, but the Lions’ offense surges in the fourth quarter to win by 14 points or more.
Amon-Ra St. Brown rips through the Saints for over 100 yards and a touchdown.

Jahmyr Gibbs destroys the Saints defense, rushing for over 100 yards and a touchdown. Derek Carr is benched in the second half after being booed violently for two turnovers in the first.
KYLE:

With 50+ yards and a touchdown, Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery appear to be the new “boom and zoom” running back tandem.
