Following the game, the two brothers enjoyed a sweet moment on the field:

The Eagles center stated prior to the game that he didn’t need the allure of a Super Bowl rematch to get revved up for this game. According to ESPN, he stated that a more appealing point would be that he has never beaten his brother Travis Kelce or his previous coach Andy Reid.

“I’m motivated to win the game,” Kelce stated. “I don’t need to win the Super Bowl to be motivated to beat my brother or Andy Reid.” In my career, I’ve never beaten them. That may have motivated me more. I’m not a fan of Super Bowl retaliation games. Each season is unique. This team is not the same as the other squad. Nothing that happens on Monday night will have any impact.

Before their forthcoming game, the long-time Eagles center even made fun of his brother. He also stated that he has a “personal attachment” to the game on Sunday.”I think I’ve beaten him enough in his life to be happy.” I have a lot of them. “It would be nice for the Eagles to get a win,” Kelce remarked. “As with every week, you’re really focused on what we need to do, despite the fact that there’s a lot of familiarity, a lot of personal attachment to this game on my side.” If you look at the outside noise, I think you’re doing yourself and your teammates a disservice.”
