MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Raiders will be without their starting left tackle once again for Sunday’s 10 a.m. game against the Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium.

Kolton Miller, who missed only his fourth game of his career last week due to a shoulder ailment, is inactive for the game despite participating in limited practices on Thursday and Friday.

He was categorized as questionable, but there was still hope that he would be cleared to participate. Jermaine Eluemunor will likely start again at left tackle, with Thayer Munford filling in on the right side.

Cornerback Amik Robertson is back in the lineup after suffering a concussion against the Jets.

Linebackers Jaylon Smith and Amari Burney, as well as defensive tackles Byron Young and Nesta Jade Silvera, are also out. Hroniss Grasu, the center, joins them.

Brian Hoyer will be the backup quarterback, with Jimmy Garoppolo scheduled to replace starter Aidan O’Connell.

Safety Roderic Teamer was not activated from injured reserve in time for the game and will not take the field.
