The Nottingham Forest player claims he is the fastest player in the world.

Ahead of this weekend’s trip to Liverpool, Elanga has been quizzed by the Daily Mail. He was asked to choose several different components from a number of players to make the perfect footballer.

Elanga was tasked with selecting a player who met the pace requirement. He chose himself after considering Kylian Mbappe, Virgil van Dijk, and Cristiano Ronaldo as other candidates.

Elanga, a forest star, believes in his own speed.
Everyone admires a self-assured player. As a result, there’s no danger in Elanga picking himself ahead of several other players around the world who could fancy themselves in a footrace.

During his brief time at Forest, Elanga has demonstrated his scorching pace. The player joined from Manchester United for £15 million, and it’s clear that he has pace to burn.

On Saturday, he assisted two goals for Chris Wood in a 2-2 draw with Luton Town. Elanga is always looking to put defenders on the back foot, and in the end, Forest has acquired a terrific player.

Last season, Brennan Johnson was confirmed as the second-quickest player in the Premier League behind Kyle Walker. Now, he’s gone to Tottenham and Forest have to fill that void.

With Elanga arriving, they couldn’t have picked a much better replacement. Give Me Sport showcases that Elanga has clocked one of the two quickest speeds in the Premier League this season.

The challenge for the 21-year-old is to strive for consistency this season With Callum Hudson-Odoi now sidelined for a while, he should get a continued run in the team and that should do wonders for his confidence.
