£70million star prepared to agree Man United move
Manchester United signed Wilfried Zaha when Alex Ferguson was in charge of the club. After the legendary manager opted to retire, the versatile playmaker was sold back to Crystal Palace and now he is a top quality star.
According to reports (The Mail), the 26-year-old attacker has told the Eagles that he wants to leave the club in the summer transfer window.
Moreover, The Telegraph have reported that the Ivorian international is prepared to agree a move to the Old Trafford club again. The British source have mentioned that Crystal Palace want £100million but there is a feeling that a fee of £70million might be acceptable for their prized asset.
Transfer: Man Utd could move in with offer to sign £43.6million star
Zaha has been in top form in the past few seasons and in the recently concluded campaign, he scored 10 goals and also provided 10 assists in 34 league fixtures under the management of Roy Hodgson.
As far as United’s wide attacking positions are concerned, Alexis Sanchez has been extremely poor for us and in my opinion he should be shown the exit door as soon as possible.
On the other hand, Lingard has been utilized as the club’s first choice right winger and the England international has not been consistent enough.
So, we clearly lack depth on the flanks and the arrival of Zaha could solve the dilemma for Solskjaer.
The African attacker was mainly deployed on the left wing in the last campaign but he is a versatile talent, who can play anywhere in the attacking third, even as a center forward.
In your view, should United bring Zaha back to the club?
