It has been revealed, shockingly, that Aston Villa has been keeping tabs on Wolves winger Pedro Neto.

The 23-year-old Neto has had an incredible season thus far.

In Wolves’ seven Premier League games so far, the Portuguese attacker has five assists in addition to one goal.

Fans were thrilled to see him back to his best after he missed much of the last two years due to injuries.

By far, Neto has been the most impressive player for Wanderers.

There has already been some rumours about teams being interested in the player, which was perhaps inevitable.

But few would have anticipated the assertion that Villa are considering Neto…

According to reports, Aston Villa is keeping an eye on Pedro Neto along with Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.
According to 90min, Neto is still in close pursuit by Arsenal.

The Gunners have long been Neto’s supporters and are rumoured to be keeping tabs on him.

It seems that scouts from the north London behemoths were present to watch him play versus City.

However, 90min also brazenly asserts that Wolves’ rivals in the Midlands, Villa, have recently inquired about Neto’s progress.

Atletico Madrid, under Diego Simeone, are said to be interested as well.

With 15 points from their first seven games, Villa is enjoying a great season so far. They are now in fifth place, only three points from City’s lead.

Unai Emery is doing a fantastic job, and it appears that he believes Neto might help his team even more.

Not a cat’s chance in hell
It is simply impossible for this to occur.

First off, Wolves will undoubtedly exert every effort to retain Neto.

If he continues to play the way he is, a team will have to make a large offer to entice him away from Molineux.

There are other teams with better resources than Villa.

Some of the top clubs in the globe may be interested in Neto.

Villa currently has a great manager, European football, and may be on the rise. However, Wolves will not give up their greatest player to a rival. especially given how sought-after he might turn out to be.
